Roundtrip is used in a variety of use cases, especially inpatient discharges and transfers. Our expertise is in streamlining all levels of transportation and payors into the same platform.  This includes BLS, ALS, and CCT, and all insurance payors.

What is Roundtrip?

Roundtrip is a software solution that hospital staff can book rides for their patients.  Roundtrip is a standalone website that users can login to, or we can integrate with Epic for a more streamlined experience.  We understand that patient needs can vary, so with Roundtrip you can book a wide range of vehicle types, including Lyft, Uber, local taxi, medical sedan, and wheelchair van companies.  This tool can allow your team to work at the top of their license by eliminating the countless phone calls and intervention they spend their time on today.

How must does it cost?

With the Master Services Agreement in place, all your department needs to do is work with the Roundtrip team on a Scope of Work.  The determined scope will have an associated flat monthly fee.  All transportation costs will be a direct pass through, and closely negotiated with the local transportation companies.
